Absolutely delicious. You always get worried when something is as cheap as their pokebowl, but the salmon was delicious. All the ingredients were fresh. And on top of it, the staff were friendly and quick. Will absolutely get this again.

*5-star review* I'm obsessed with j Japanese restaurant, and I've tried ramen and sushi at almost every spot in Mississippi. But this J Japanese restaurant takes the crown – their dishes are truly world-class. The ramen is some of the best I've ever tasted, with a rich, savory broth and perfectly cooked noodles. It's like a taste of Japan in every bowl. The sushi is also incredible, with fresh, flavorful ingredients and beautiful presentation. I've had sushi at many places, but this restaurant's stands out for its quality and attention to detail. What sets this place apart is the combination of great food, wonderful customer service, and decent prices. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need throughout your meal. The only suggestion I have is to brighten up the lighting – it's a bit too dark in there. A little more light would make the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Overall, I'm giving this restaurant 5 out of 5 stars. If you're a fan of Japanese food, you need to try this place. The ramen and sushi are top-notch, and the service is excellent. Don't miss out on this hidden gem I'll be back, and I'll be bringing friends!

First time here and the owner is very patient and friendly. He is a very busy guy from what I can tell so I would recommend being patient with him in return. No music however if you want to play music while eating I would say got for it. His sushi is made fresh which is a huge plus. Dishes are appealing. Clean restaurant. And for desert we had fried cheesecake. I wish them the best of luck for gaining more customers so they can grow the business.

The place is a little dainty, but the food is amazing. Small family owned operation. The Pork Ramen is my personal go to, but their sushi is also pretty dope. The best ramen I've had in the Jackson metro area!
